Flex Space The Flex Space is 640 square feet and contains a full bar. The space is ideal for small cocktail parties or sporting event parties, as it includes our 3 big screen plasma TVâs. We can set any configuration of table and chairs here as in the boardrooms. Capacity: 65 guests |  |
 Rental fees vary depending on room requested and day of the event. A room is not considered booked until Two Caterers receives a signed contract and a security deposit of $250. The balance is due by the day of the event. If the event is booked earlier than 6 months in advance, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, 25% is due 6 months before the event, and the final balance is due by the day of the event. An event canceled within 45 days of the booked date will be refunded 50% of the deposit. Floor plans must be approved 2 weeks in advance in order for our team to set the room to your specifications. A guaranteed minimum guest count is required at the time of booking. Deposits on catering are based on the minimum guarantee and the balance due will be based on no fewer than the guaranteed minimum guest count. A final guest count is due 5 business days prior to the event. |  |
Two Caterers has a liquor license that prohibits any outside alcohol from being brought into the facility. However, we offer a full bar services for any event. Ohio sales tax will be added to the bar total. Two Caterers reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any guest. The bar tab can be paid in a variety of ways. A hosted bar is commonly used and allows for the entire bar tab to be included in the final bill. A cash bar would allow for guests to purchase their drinks directly from the bar. A combination of these two can also be used; for example, a client may opt to pay for beer, wine and soda for the event while the guests are free to purchase liquor at their own expense.
